Making a home

The kids and I have started our journey to making a home. Yesterday we bought plants and seeds, visited the local orchard and fed their goats and today we got our local library card. What could be better? Abrum picked out a book on bedtime for monsters, Olivia a nonfiction book on dolphins, and I found another interesting illustrated book involving math- what a crew.

Tadpole catching

We spent Saturday at Table Rock visiting old friends and looking for tadpoles, which we kept to watch turn into frogs. Olivia decided that everyone should name one- so now we have Rexdino, Elle, Huckleberry and Sophie- can you guess who named who?

Energy

The show, ReAdolence, has been hung and recepted. I feel drained-and I thought that it would be awhile before I began creating again, but it seems that the part of me that creates is already creating again. And the slowly moving forward are the faces of my babies begging for attention. So for a while the creating is in the back ground-the hammers and glue put away and the zebras and ninjas snuggled close reading books and singing songs. They are my energy-my love-my muses.
